7 A.M. Enfant’s Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAP Policy)

Our goal is to enhance the experience for all 7 A.M. Enfant consumers and ensure that we meet the quality and service expectations that our consumers demand.
We recognize that our authorized 7 A.M. Enfant retailers invest time and resources to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. To support your efforts, 7 A.M. Enfant has established this Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) with the intent of promoting superior customer service consistent with 7 A.M. Enfant’s brand image, and to insure customer satisfaction and goodwill.
This MAP Policy applies to U.S. stores (brick and mortar and websites). We greatly appreciate your efforts to distribute our products and support our customers.
Official Policy and Guidelines:
- Unless otherwise specified in writing by 7 A.M. Enfant, the MAP for all 7 A.M. Enfant products shall be the published MSRP. The published MSRP as of December 1, 2023, is being provided with this MAP Policy and is subject to change from time to time at 7 A.M. Enfant’s sole discretion. Changes to the MSRP will be posted on our website and may also, from time to time, be sent to retailers by electronic mail or via the U.S. Postal Service and/or be provided with our line sheets and other product information.
- This MAP Policy applies to advertisements of 7 A.M. Enfant products in all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. This MAP Policy does not apply to in-store advertising physically displayed only in the store and not distributed to customers for removal from the store (e.g. flyers).
- With respect to e-commerce websites, this MAP Policy applies to website features such as “click for price,” automated “bounce back” pricing e-mails, price display for items prior to being placed in a customer’s shopping cart, and all similar features that are initiated by the e-commerce retailer rather than by the customer.
- This MAP Policy applies only to advertised prices, but does not apply to the price at which 7 A.M. Enfant products are actually offered for sale or sold by retailers to consumers within a retailer’s brick and mortar location, through a retailer’s website, over the telephone, or by any other means. Retailers shall set the retail price at which they offer for sale and sell 7 A.M. Enfant products.
- 7 A.M. Enfant shall have the right to review and approve all advertising and promotional materials which show or refer to 7 A.M. Enfant products, brand names, trademarks and/or imagery.
- 7 A.M. Enfant retailers shall not make or solicit direct sales of 7 A.M. Enfant products other than through such retailer’s own retail location and/or website unless 7 A.M. Enfant has given its prior approval in writing. In addition, retailers will not make or solicit sales of 7 A.M. Enfant products through any other retailer, including online retailers and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), or through a “doing business as” except when approved by 7 A.M. Enfant. For the sake of clarity, retailers of 7 A.M. Enfant products may only advertise and sell 7 A.M. Enfant products through retailer’s own brick and mortar and/or e-commerce websites disclosed to 7 A.M. Enfant for that purpose and shall not make or solicit sales of 7 A.M. Enfant products through an assumed or different name not disclosed to 7 A.M. Enfant.
- If pricing is displayed, any strike-through or other alteration of the MAP which suggests that retailer’s actual price is lower than the MAP price is prohibited.
- MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. Retailers may advertise 7 A.M. Enfant products at any price in excess of the MAP.
- Internet auctions may not display or have reserved bid or other acceptable prices below the MAP price.
- 7 A.M. Enfant 's MAP Policy does not in any way limit the ability of a retailer to advertise that “they have the lowest prices” or, they “will meet or beat any competitors price” (provided of course that such representations are truthful), that consumers should “call for a price” or phrases of similar import as long as the price advertised or listed for the products is not less than MAP.
- A retailer’s failure to abide by 7 A.M. Enfant’s MAP Policy may result in 7 A.M. Enfant’s decision to cancel existing orders, cease doing business with the retailer, or such other action as 7 A.M. Enfant, in its sole discretion, determines is appropriate. 7 A.M. Enfant may not provide prior notice and may not issue warnings before taking any action under this MAP Policy.
- This MAP Policy is void and inapplicable wherever prohibited by law.
